Robert Half Contracts Administrator in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description Are you looking to grow your legal career? This premier legal department has an opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Contract Administrator. Self-starters with a true passion for the legal industry are strong candidates for this Contract Administrator role. This Contract Administrator job is permanent and based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Major responsibilities

  • Assist in promoting and tracking the approval and execution process

  • Compromise with clients on terms of agreements

  • Make reports from within the contracts database on an as-needed basis- Enter contract details into company database

  • Oversee contract execution processes

  • Carry out company contract execution policy and procedures

  • Produce a wide range of contractual provisions and administering contract proposals

  • Manage both internal and external requests for status of contracts

  • Guide the full life cycle of company contracts, from first request to final signature and contract distribution

  • Produce and preserve contracts database

  • Inspect contracts to ensure completeness Requirements - Contract administration experience preferred

  • Strong familiarity with SAP

  • Well-founded grasp of OAF

  • Proven knowledge of Non-Disclosure Agreements

  • Non-disclosure agreements experience

  • Commercial Contracts experience preferred

  • General familiarity with Non-Compete Agreements

  • Practical knowledge of franchise law

  • Contracts experience

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn new ideas and concepts

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information

  • Relevant experience in the specific field or related area

  • Track record of expertise in diverse computer applications

  • Special organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines

  • Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
