Responsibilities
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Field and send out send written business correspondence
Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Manage and place incoming telephone calls
Requirements - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Practical knowledge of SAP
Adeptness in Equipment Inventory
Shipping Functions experience
Log Shipping experience
Enterprise resource planning experience highly preferred
Knowledge of shipping & receiving
General familiarity with Supply Inventory
Solid understanding of International Shipping
Demonstrated knowledge of inventory controls
Order entry experience highly desired
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
- Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
