Robert Half Financial Data Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are in search of a diligent Financial Data Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Financial Data Analyst, you will be tasked with organizing and cleaning data, executing data migration, and handling customer applications. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Cleanse and organize data to ensure efficient data migration.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas to process data and generate reports.

• Use SAP Business One for various tasks, ensuring efficient post-training usage.

• Handle data related to customer lists and secondary addresses, preparing them for transfer.

• Utilize MS Great Plains Dynamics for data analysis tasks.

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining high customer service standards.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status.

• Ensure data readiness for transfer, including vendor data and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial data analyst role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficient in data cleansing and data cleaning techniques

• Demonstrable expertise in using Excel formulas for complex calculations and data analysis

• Extensive experience in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Familiarity with MS Great Plains Dynamics for managing and analyzing financial data

• Must have a strong ability to interpret and analyze financial data and present findings effectively

• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate effectively with various departments

• Proven track record in meeting deadlines and working under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required

• Professional certification like CFA or CPA would be an advantage

• Sound decision-making ability based on data analysis results

• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
