Description
Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Graphic Designer with Marketo experience for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
Develop and design creative assets including emails, landing pages, banners, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and other digital and print materials.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually engaging campaigns.
Marketo Integration
Design and build visually appealing email templates and landing pages within Marketo.
Implement and optimize responsive design for email campaigns to ensure compatibility across all devices.
Utilize Marketo features such as A/B testing and segmentation to improve campaign performance.
Collaboration and Strategy
Partner with content creators, marketing strategists, and other team members to align designs with campaign goals.
Analyze feedback and metrics to refine designs and improve engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 1 year working with Marketo.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Hands-on experience with Marketo, including email and landing page design, workflows, and analytics.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization is a plus.
Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
