Robert Half Insurance Authorization Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina
Robert Half is partnering with a growing Home Warranty company seeking 20+ Insurance Authorization specialist. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation of customer service and call center experience and express a high level of interest within the insurance and warranty industry. This role based in Charlotte, NC will have multiple on-site shifts Monday-Friday including 9am-6pm,10am-7pm or 11am-8pm.
- Handle incoming phone calls from service holders needing to place a claim
-Explain the warranty claims process to customers and clients
-Ensure work orders meet plan guidelines (effective dates, coverage, limitations etc.)
-Notate important information into customer and client files
-Communicate effectively to resolve problems
-Approve or deny coverage depending on service plan coverage
