Description
Provide strategic leadership to IT teams, fostering talent development, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving innovation across the organization.
Lead and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and SQL, ensuring the systems align with business objectives and operate smoothly.
Oversee the development and implementation of technology architectures that meet the company’s current and future needs, while staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.
Manage IT budgets effectively, balancing cost efficiency with investment in new technologies, and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Ensure IT systems adhere to industry regulations, standards, and security protocols, mitigating risks and safeguarding data integrity.
Collaborate with business units to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy, using strong business acumen to drive performance and innovation.
Employ project management methodologies to oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Lead the adoption and integration of data and analytics solutions to enhance decision-making and business processes.
Communicate effectively across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment on IT goals and priorities, and foster a culture of collaboration within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on cloud technologies, IT operations, and infrastructure management.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SQL databases, and managing cloud-based or hybrid cloud infrastructures.
Proven ability to lead and develop IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale IT projects using Agile or other methodologies.
Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security protocols, with experience ensuring regulatory adherence.
Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics for business insights.
