Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that promote our products or services, drive engagement, and support our brand objectives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, optimize campaigns, and ensure that our messaging is consistent and effective across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing, to reach target audiences.
Content Creation: Develop and coordinate the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and email marketing, that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors, helping to inform marketing strategy and positioning.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, developing a content calendar, engaging with followers, and monitoring social performance.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make recommendations for improvement and to measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing efforts and brand messaging.
Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact, ensuring cost-effective strategies that align with company goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry or setting.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and social media management platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
