The short-term contract / temporary to full-time Project Assistant role will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Creating written records of meetings and maintaining task and progress records
Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers
Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations
Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed
Ensuring key partners receive project information
Using online resources to research information
Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
Making travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project related events Requirements - High school diploma or its equivalent required; a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is highly preferred
- Demonstrated abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Proficient with database and file management
1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is preferred
Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Command of construction
Material Planning experience highly desired
Foundational knowledge in Administrative Office
Deep understanding of Construction Documents
Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Construction Projects
