Robert Half Project Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are in the search for a Project Manager to join our team in the non-profit industry located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be managing processes related to ACA reporting, data management, and system transition. You will also be responsible for operational needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the ACA process and reporting, including preparing files for Equifax

• Apply experience in the K-12 and government sectors to handle ACA for varying employee contracts

• Oversee demographic, earnings, and LOA files from Lawson, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Manage health enrollment data sent to Equifax for 1095-C forms, and resolve any discrepancies between Benefit Focus and Lawson data

• Run risk reports in Lawson to correct 1095-C coding and ensure all corrections are made in a timely manner

• Handle the transition from Lawson to Oracle Cloud, ensuring smooth system transition by the projected date

• Manage operational needs with a focus on the public sector, while accommodating remote work if necessary

• Utilize a range of skills, including Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Handle current backlog of tasks and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

• Maintain strong communication skills, and apply knowledge of Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, and Construction. Requirements • Proven experience in project management within the non-profit sector.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Familiarity with IBM, About Time, Agile Scrum, and Budget Processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge in the construction sector is a plus.

• Familiarity with Lawson HRIS and Lawson.

• An understanding of non-profit organizational structures and functions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is beneficial.

• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and team members.

• Experience in strategic planning and risk management.
