Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves the organization and coordination of company records and publications, and the maintenance of standard procedures to compile, sort, locate, and handle materials such as books, documents, drawings, film, and other materials required for current and future use.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organize company records and publications

• Maintain standard procedures to compile, sort, locate and handle knowledge materials

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain comprehensive customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Salesforce.com for data entry and record maintenance

• Supervise workstation support and ensure efficient workflow

• Execute tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong time management skills

• Handle materials and documentation with precision and care. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Salesforce.com

• Solid experience in Office Functions and Documentation Procedures

• Ability to handle Materials and provide Supervising when necessary

• Excellent skills in Time Management and ability to Execute tasks efficiently

• Experience in managing Records and providing Workstation Support

• Familiarity with Specification writing and ability to handle Invoices

• Proficiency in using SAP HANA for data management

• Excellent written communication skills for creating Publications and offering clear Explanations

• Experience in handling Dispatching tasks and managing Credit Memos

• Ability to provide Customer Service and Coordination tasks efficiently

• Familiarity with HVAC systems would be an advantage

• Skills in Drawing and Filming for documentation purposes

• Experience in Onsite support and Materials Handling

• Must be able to manage job function of a Data Entry Clerk effectively.
