Description We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina. As part of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in managing purchase orders and accounts, assisting in the sales of spare parts. The role requires strong initiative, the ability to work independently, and adaptability to learn our unique processes.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer purchase orders with accuracy
• Maintain and manage accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date
• Assist in the sales of spare parts and machinery components
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and issues
• Liaise with the engineering department to identify necessary parts
• Use CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suites for management and tracking of sales activities
• Use your mechanical/technical background to understand and explain machinery parts
• Troubleshoot hardware issues as needed
• Prepare and provide customer quotes
• Coordinate equipment shipping processes Requirements
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP software systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of Billing Functions and Cash Activity processes
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM and SAP
• Ability to report on-site 100%
• Experience in Order Entry and managing Customer Contracts
• Excellent Customer Communication skills
• Knowledge of Mechanical Equipment and Hardware Troubleshooting
• Ability to prepare Customer Quotes and manage Equipment Shipping processes.
