Robert Half Salesforce Administrator in Charlotte, North Carolina


  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users of our internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments.

  • Incremental hands-on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce features including but not limited to user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, lex pages, validations, workflows, process builders, flows, apex, lwc, experience sites.

  • Create custom reports and dashboards within the Salesforce platform.

  • Participate in the testing and deployment of application upgrades to systems.

  • Occasionally create and maintain up-to-date end user documentation.

  • Assist with data integrity tasks.

  • Ability to multi-task with various assignments.

  • Manage and triage CRM-related requests based on assigned deadlines

  • Knowledge of Field Service, SF Maps, Case Management and/or Tableau CRM helpful

  • Actively work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

  • Assist in the development of testing and implementation plans as needed to aid in delivery of a quality product, designed for user acceptance and adoption

  • Adhere to CRM Governance Team policies


  • 2-4+ years of experience in a Salesforce System Administrator role.

  • Well rounded and up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce’s out of the box capabilities

  • Administration and declarative development (Lightning) Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder or other equivalent qualification.

  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

  • Experience in declaratively configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud, as well as comfort with SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, Validation rules, and reporting

  • Experience in Requirements gathering and associated discovery work

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)
