Description
Job Title: Staff Accountant
Robert Half is partnering with a resilient and rapidly expanding client to fill a Staff Accountant position. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of accounting experience who are eager to develop their skills, learn from industry leaders, and grow within an ambitious organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial documents, including journal entries, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
Conduct regular ledger processes and reconciliation.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes where necessary.
Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
Ensure consistent adherence to accounting principles and company procedures.
Participate in the month-end closing process and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
Provide guidance to junior team members to assist them in their role.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Has 1-3 years of accounting experience.
Demonstrates proficiency in commonly used accounting software and with Microsoft Office Suite.
Showcases excellent analytical skills and unwavering accuracy with numbers.
Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Displays a high level of professionalism and integrity.
