Robert Half Treasury Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
Description We are in search of a Treasury Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Treasury Analyst, your primary duties will include managing cash flow, executing transactions, and maintaining counterparty bank account information. This role presents an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, interacting with various stakeholders such as clients, investors, and bank representatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute daily transactions
• Oversee the administration of online banking platforms
• Maintain an accurate database of counterparty bank account information
• Perform procedures to confirm wire instructions
• Provide daily cash reporting to the Accounting & Finance team
• Assist in the establishment and closing of bank accounts as necessary
• Administer accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain records for applicable vendors
• Compile monthly investor statements of account
• Develop and maintain documentation for procedures and responsibilities
• Complete ad-hoc Treasury projects as instructed by Management.
This role requires skills in Microsoft Excel, Account Reconciliation, Corporate Treasury, Treasury Function, Cash Activity, Workday, and Workday ERP. Requirements • Proven experience in a Treasury Analyst role or similar financial position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Excellent understanding of Treasury functions and Corporate Treasury
• Familiarity with cash activity management and account reconciliation
• Prior experience with Workday and Workday ERP systems is highly desired
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar is a plus.
