Description We are offering an opportunity in the Financial Services industry located in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28277, United States. The role is for an Office Manager with a focus on Credit Clerk tasks. This position will involve managing client interactions, resolving issues, and providing training where necessary. The employment type for this role is a contract.


• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments.

• Manage client interactions and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.

• Resolve any issues and solve problems, escalating to BPS when necessary.

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and work with relevant partners on remediation approaches and timeframes.

• Assign ownership and tracking to identified issues for completion.

• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Document and conduct complaint investigations and reporting.

• Build processes for monitoring specific departments, processes, and vendors.

• Organize and manage the documentation of key processes across the company, building and cultivating positive working relationships across teams. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in the Financial Services industry

• Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting

• Experience with Training and Operations

• Familiarity with Procedures and Policy implementation

• Understanding of Compliance, Research, and Audit processes

• Knowledge of Insurance industry and Workstation Support

• Experience with Vendor management

• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks

• Understanding of Regulation and Credit processes

• Experience in Implementation of procedures and policies

• Knowledge of Deposits handling

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction

• Experience with Monitoring Tools

• Ability to build relationships with Partners

• Understanding of Conductivity and Time Management

• Experience in Client Relations and handling Complaints
