Description
Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a video producer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC. This position is a hybrid contract opportunity!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for storytelling. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing video projects that align with our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that meet business goals and resonate with our target audience.
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of video production, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.
Budget Management: Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the work of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production staff.
Scheduling: Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all video projects.
Equipment Management: Ensure all video production equipment is maintained, organized, and available for use.
Quality Control: Review and approve final video edits, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.
Content Distribution: Work with the marketing team to distribute video content across various channels, including social media, websites, and other platforms.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our video content fresh and innovative.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, including project management and team leadership.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), knowledge of production equipment, and familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
Creative Skills: Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual composition.
Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot production issues and find creative solutions.
