Robert Half Successfactors HRIS Analyst- Remote in Chaska, Minnesota

Description We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to work for a global organization here in Minnesota. This role can be completely remote and sit anywhere in the US.

Duties include:

• Bi-weekly data loads from SuccessFactors to the payroll system to assist with payroll processing cycle

• Work with our third party vendor to support configuration changes and systems testing in SuccessFactors

• Updates to SuccessFactors to flow to Employee Center and SAP (example: New hire, terms, and workflow changes)

• Manage replication Errors in SuccessFactors

• Assist in various projects

• Developing and implementing new processes within the systems

• Analyze SuccessFactors performance metrics and resolving application issues

• Serve as a system administrator Requirements SAP SuccessFactors HCM, HRIS Analysis, HRIS Implementation
