Robert Half Administrative Assistant - Part Time 25-30 hours / week in Chattanooga, Tennessee
Description Part time administrative specialist needed for family owned business. Ideal for someone who wants to work 25-33 hours per week during the window of 8am-4pm Monday thru Friday. (Example this position could work 8am-2pm or 8:30am-2:30pm, or 9am-3pm based on your needs)
This is a great opportunity to work, help a small team, and have a flexible schedule. Position will start off in a long term temporary basis. If the skillset, culture fit, and results are shown in productivity and client retention, this can easily convert.
Job duties include:
Answer incoming phones
Assist with estimates
Stay in contact with customers along the way (update on times, next steps, satisfaction level, etc.)
Assist with collection and verification of employee timesheets
General administrative duties as requested
Requirements:
1+ year of administrative or customer service experience
Strong phone communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
Intermediate technical ability--MS Office, data entry, etc.
Ability to work well in a non-structured environment and be flexible with prioritization of tasks

Foundational knowledge in Coordinating Schedules
Adeptness in Assist Customers
Experience with Daily Schedule
Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Microsoft Word experience
Proficiency in MS Outlook
Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Account
Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
