Robert Half International Sr. Administrative Assistant in Chattanooga, Tennessee


Large healthcare organization seeks administrative assistant to support leadership team.

Job duties may include:

-Answer phones and greet visitors

-Attend & take minutes for board meetings 1/month (5:30pm-7:00pm)

-Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings

-Prepare communications (emails, reports, presentations, etc.)

-Compose, edit, and proof documents

-Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems

-Schedule and update appointments for Sr. Leadership Team

-Greet and direct office visitors/guests

-Develop and implement office policies and procedures

Top 3 non-technical skills needed for success include:

--Service Excellence with communication and personal interactions

--Critical Thinking skills

--Ability and desire to utilize resources to find answers and ensure appropriate follow up is given to customer or team member

Hours: 8:00am-4:15pm Monday-Friday (+ board meeting 1/month 5:30pm-7:00pm)

Project length: This position will start on a temporary basis 3-4 months. This is potentially a new position and if things go well during the temporary timeframe, our client is open to temporary to hire.
