Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical and clerical tasks
Producing sales reports and preparing presentations
Supporting and participating in trade shows and conventions
Supporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services
Drafting correspondence and proofreading documents
Providing all other Sales Assistant-related duties as needed
Conducting and coordinating internal training courses
Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed
Preparing travel and meeting arrangements
Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and professional manner Requirements - Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- Good understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field suggested
2+ years of Sales Assistant experience preferred
B2B Sales experience preferred
Solid understanding of Drive Lead Generation
Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and vendors
