Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in the Financial Services industry, located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, 08003, United States. As an Entry Level Accountant, you'll be playing a key role in auditing files and managing reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the auditing of files with a meticulous approach.

• Facilitate the processing of reconciliations in an efficient manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to handle and analyze financial data.

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Actively participate in the monitoring and managing of customer accounts.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the accounting field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requirement.

• Mandatory experience with bank reconciliations.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Essential knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.

• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial.

• Ethical behavior and confidentiality are expected in handling sensitive financial information.

• Proactive and willing to take on new challenges.

• Teamwork and the ability to collaborate with others is essential.
