Description
We are hiring a Director of Marketing for a client in the insurance industry. Candidates must have experience leading teams and working in high level strategy role, along with being hands on in the campaigns and execution. You must have expertise in SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website content management. This is a highly analytical and data driven position.
Oversee the company's digital, print, and field marketing efforts, including but not limited to paid search (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email campaigns, website content, event marketing, and print advertisements to drive traffic and increase conversion rates
Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy for entire brand portfolio to achieve business objectives, increase brand awareness, and generate leads, with a focus on driving revenue growth and growing top-of-funnel awareness and following
Deploy marketing analytics platform and manage continuous oversight of performance across brand portfolio (e.g., conversion rate funnel) to identify issues early and pivot strategy as needed to maintain profitable growth across brands
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets and allocate resources appropriately
Manage a team of digital, print, and field marketing professionals, providing leadership and mentorship
Requirements
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Insurance industry experience is a huge plus
Proficient in utilization of marketing technologies and tools, such as; CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, etc.
Microsoft Dynamics experience added bonus
