Thriving South Jersey organization is seeking dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks. Provide clerical support to the HR department. Your responsibilities as the Human Resources Assistant will include but are not limited to:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and documentation while ensuring a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Assist with the planning of new employee on-boarding orientation
May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
Organize and participate in recruiting events, both internal and external
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare employment offers
Source, evaluate, and close candidates for roles within the organization
Oversee office and administrative tasks as they arise
1+ years of Human Resources experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
Comprehensive knowledge of payroll and benefits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
