Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for preparation of the funds’ monthly close processes which includes fund financial statements, investor allocations and portfolio acquisition/management fees.</li><li>Responsible for GAAP financial statement preparation for the funds. This includes coordination with funds external auditor to facilitate interim and year end requests.</li><li>Communication and coordination with portfolio managers and other groups to acquire an understanding of the firm’s operations. </li><li>Preparation of complex trade entries which ensures clerical accuracy, adequate controls, and appropriate support documentation.</li><li>Review revenues and expenses related to the firm’s investment portfolio and the economics of its investments.</li><li>Identify, escalate and address with the team areas of operational inefficiencies. Work with the team to implement a business plan to address the identified workflow inefficiencies.</li></ul>
