Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Chesapeake, Virginia

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves scheduling appointments with technicians and proactively reaching out to customers to offer assistance and promote services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers, promptly and professionally answering incoming calls

• Efficiently manage a high volume of calls, maintaining a positive attitude

• Actively listen to customer needs, ensuring they feel heard and understood

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on a one-call resolution approach

• Schedule appointments with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service

• Proactively engage with customers during periods of low call volume, offering assistance and promoting services

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency

• Use CRM, Database, Microsoft Excel, and other tools to manage customer relations and handle complaints, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in using CRM software

• Ability to utilize database systems effectively

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Proven experience in client relations and ability to build strong relationships

• Skilled in handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently

• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
