Here's what you get to do everyday as a Facilities Coordinator:

  • Coordinate all maintenance and repair issues for stores in assigned states.

  • Respond/manage building emergencies- fires, floods, power outages, weather related hazards or alerts, liquid spills, plumbing issues or incident clean up.

  • Assist department managers with daily facility changes or needs as requested.

  • Handling routine inquiries on basic facility needs; fielding phone calls/emails for maintenance requests.

  • Prioritizing requests and maintaining an accurate database of call history information for store within assigned states using internal Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

  • Develop relationships with vendors to ensure the best pricing and service to the stores.


  • Earlier work involving Call Center Customer Service

-Deep understanding of Problem Solving

-Practical knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

-Microsoft Outlook experience

-Inbound Call Center experience highly valued

-Good understanding of High Volume Call Center

-Background working with Property Management

-Experience with Microsoft Outlook

-General familiarity with Answering Inquiries

-Adeptness in Microsoft Excel

-Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word

-Comprehensive knowledge of Communication Skills

-Interpersonal Communication experience required

-Ability to use the internet for research

-At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

-Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation

software, as well as databases and customer database systems

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Must be able to type 34 wpm.

-College degree or equivalent experience.

  • Facilities Maintenance, Property Management and/or Call Center experience is a plus.

-Knowledge of waste and recycling industry.
