Responsibilities:

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Handle order entry and manage a high volume of email correspondence

  • Work closely with managers and team member to ensure efficient business

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    Requirements

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

    • Familiarity with SAP
  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • 2+ years of past relevant experience

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Adeptness in Post-Sales Support

  • Production planning experience

  • Strong familiarity with complaints

  • Export customer service experience

  • Command of billing

  • Practical knowledge of Verbal De-Escalation

  • Customer service experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Quotations

  • General familiarity with sales

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
