  • Drawing up and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Delivering and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Making internal recommendations

  • Supervising various administrative duties

  • Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources Requirements - Wide ranging experience with cold calling

  • Well-founded grasp of HRIS System

  • Proven knowledge of HRIS Database

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience

  • Quality experience with cold calling

  • Command of Corporate Recruiting

  • General familiarity with PeopleSoft HRIS

  • Proficiency in construction

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Construction Industry experience preferred

  • Experience with Construction Industry Experience

  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • Candidates who are highly professional, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred
  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
