Andrew Kniepmann at Robert Half is partnering with an organization in Chesterfield, MO to fill a remote Customer Service position on a direct hire basis. Any candidate interested in this opportunity MUST be local to the St. Louis, Missouri market. Employees in this role are responsible for receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to delinquent loan borrowers while providing the highest customer service experience and are trained to resolve customer inquiries, take loan payments and provide repayment options to student loan borrowers regarding their student loan debt.
