Description
We're looking for an Accounting Clerk for our small but growing company. As an integral member of the team, the Accounting Clerk will be responsible for executing a range of accounting duties with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a natural proficiency in numbers and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be primarily responsible for:
Entering financial transactions and data in our accounting system.
Reconciling bank statements, invoices and other accounts.
Helping with basic accounting tasks and reports.
Assisting our team for audits or tax filings.
Requirements
Have basic knowledge and skills in accounting and bookkeeping.
Some experience as an Accounting Clerk, or a similar role.
Comfortable with computer systems and software. Good at Excel.
Quick and accurate at entering data and attention to detail.
Organized, good at multitasking and dealing with numbers.
