Description

Robert Half Direct is a seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a growing company in the consumer goods industry. The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral team member of the sales team,. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, organization and communication skills to build effective relationships and continue to drive growth for the business. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Sales, but will also work closely with other executive management team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage outside specialty sales representatives to ensure all needs support needs are met, including managing monthly and quarterly communication.

  • Create sales presentations for customer meetings, including ordering samples and mock-ups to ensure presentation success.

  • Manage a set of customer accounts, including leading sales presentations and handling of all communication and follow up

  • Create and maintain sales order detail forms.

  • Assist with product setup needs across all accounts

  • Participate in internal weekly call and speak to specific account business

  • As needed, support customers at industry trade shows

  • Conduct monthly sales review and forecast maintenance

  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies

  • Delegate work as needed to Sales Assistant to ensure timelines are met

  • Participate in ideation of customer marketing programs, including in store visuals, planograms, fixtures.

  • Review and recommend client-specific marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure all new products have marketing and sell sheets completed with images, copy, and lifestyle imagery.

  • Acquire a deep understanding of our product assortment and of competitive product offerings within the market

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or related field; or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of marketing or sales operations support experience

  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, etc.

  • Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive work environment under pressure

  • Excellent math skills as well as written & verbal communication skills

  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work with remote teammates
