Robert Half Accounting Assistant in CHEVY CHASE, Maryland
Exciting opportunity with a growing non-profit! The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for overseeing some office operations and providing direct support to the executive leadership. There will also be an opportunity to assist with accounting functions such as accounts payable, vendor relations, invoicing, projects, and expenses.
· Managing office operations, ordering supplies, conference room set-up
· Responsible for managing the calendar of executive members
· Vendor relations and managing facilities relations
· Assisting with IT/presentation set-up during meetings
· Process expense report, vendor payables, and manage the office budget
BS/BA degree preferred
2 years’ experience in similar role
Calendar management experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication both written and verbal
