Key Areas of Responsibility

▪ Execute month-end closing processes using multiple software programs and incorporating appropriate accounting guidance; includes journal entry processing

▪ Maintain books, records and covenant compliance in accordance with the entities’ governing documents (LP Agreements, LLC Agreements, Indentures)

▪ Perform reconciliation of monthly trustee reports and work with the trustee to resolve any variances

▪ Assist with preparation of trustee quarterly waterfall calculations and related supporting documentation

▪ Assist in managing the invoices collection, verification and payment process during the quarterly waterfall procedures

▪ Verify management fees, distributions and capital calls are appropriately calculated based on the underlying investment management agreements and other legal documents and prepare related communication/ invoices

▪ Conduct daily cash balancing activities and work closely with Loan Operations Group and the trustee to timely reconcile differences

▪ Work closely with loan operations team to resolve reconciling items and to maintain data integrity and accuracy in supporting information systems

▪ Prepare audited financial statements

▪ Work closely with external audit firm to ensure successful completion of annual audit process Assist with special projects as needed

Associate Accounting Role

The ideal candidate is highly organized, demonstrates strong attention to detail, exhibits initiative to learn and contribute, and works well within team settings. Candidates will be expected to contribute new ideas to achieve efficiencies in reporting.



▪ Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance, accounting, economics or related fields (1-2 years relevant work experience preferred)

▪ Robust quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills

▪ Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task and manage time efficiently

▪ Strong work ethic and attention to detail

▪ High level of initiative and accountability

▪ Strong Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
