Key Duties/Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate month-end close as well as balance sheet reconciliations
· Evaluate and make appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes
· Manage journal entries, invoices, etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing
· Develop financial analyses to support strategic initiatives as needed
· Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance
· Month and year-end processing
Requirements
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum 6 years of experience in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Advance knowledge of integrated Finance ERP system – preferably Infor Lawson
· Previous managerial experience is preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
· Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills
· Strong understanding of internal controls
· Ability to produce high quality work in ambiguous environments, juggle multiple demands, and improve business processes

· Passion for collaboration with business partners to deliver results
· Advanced abilities in Excel
· Technology savvy with demonstrated ability to learn systems and processes quickly
