High-End Firm looking to build new team quickly due to rapid expansion.

Essential Functions:
Supervise 4 - 5 accounting employees
Manage Accounts Payable
Adjustments to accounts receivables.
Processes department billing in the accounting system
Reviews client invoices/statements
Coordinates all final billing, adjustments, and payments to close out the month
Prepares monthly credit list.
Sends monthly departmental reports to Division Heads
Maintains item master in the accounting system
Coordinate staff time off to ensure coverage
Oversee all credit card sales administration and management
Handle billing and collections questions from inside and outside the company
Oversee collection of past due balances coordinating with business managers
Ensures all EFTs are processed in the accounting system
Oversees batch processing
Reconciles batch book with the ledger
Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements
Standards of Performance: Position Qualifications:
- Degree Required, BS in Accounting preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
