Job Description:

The Accounting/Treasury Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining cash flow reporting and projections, as well as covenant reporting to senior lenders and 3rd party equity partners. This role will also be responsible for special projects including M& A purchase accounting, financial integrations as well as tracking performance of growth initiatives. The Accounting / Treasury manager will be responsible for ensuring all company entities stay in compliance with all state, local and national filings, including tax filings and work with 3rd party tax advisors on preparation and filing of all company state and national income tax returns. The successful candidate will possess a solid knowledge of monthly close, internal controls, GAAP and process improvements relating to all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and general ledger. The position involves working closely with key finance leaders in the company and developing strong relationships with internal partners. Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Perform weekly/monthly cash projections for rolling 15 months, including cash payments for investment hires, M& A and share repurchases.

  • Prepare lender compliance calculations, certifications and related schedules. This includes quarterly compliance along with permitted acquisition certifications.

  • Prepare 3rd party equity compliance calculations, certification and related schedules. Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting for 3rd party equity holder, including financial statements, data book and address questions as needed.

  • Prepare Stock Compensation entries related to M& A, Restricted Share grants/vesting, Option exercises/vesting as well as purchases & repurchases.

  • Lead the accounting integration of M& A transaction including purchase accounting, earn-out calculations, opening balance sheet and net-working capital true-ups.

  • Lead the tracking of investment hires including performance tracking and loan amortization calculations.

  • Create, maintain & modify general ledger reporting to support the business

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of accounting professionals, specifically including AR / AP.

    Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC)

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Auditing procedures

• Ability to manage Billing Functions

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

• Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
