Where We Need You:
The Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, and New York offices are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Technical Architect – Associate Director to join our growing team.
It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation.

The Associate Directors partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best in class advice and solutions. Associate Directors have a solid understanding of their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry. Associate Directors can clearly articulate the value drivers of our business and are responsible for developing opportunities both at existing clients and new clients. Associate Directors are responsible for job economics and for ensuring seamless project management. Associate Directors are developing future contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.
What Will Help You Be Successful:
As an AI Technical Architect , you will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions for our clients.
You c ollaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive AI solution designs.
You l everage your expertise in cloud platforms to architect scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AI-enabled systems.
You provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. You guide and mentor development teams, data scientists, and engineers in implementing best practices for AI solution development, deployment, and maintenance.
You utilize your in-depth knowledge of AWS, GCP and Azure services to architect solutions that leverage cloud-based infrastructure, services, and tools.
You e nsure optimal utilization of cloud resources to achieve high performance and cost efficiency.
You e nsure security, privacy, and compliance considerations are addressed in all stages of development.
You stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and related technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance the capabilities of our AI solutions.
You e ngage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and present solution designs. You also c ollaborate with clients to refine solutions, address concerns, and align technical aspects with business goals.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Proven experience (7+ years) as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role in AI solution design and implementation.
Experience integrat ing AI and machine learning components into existing or new systems, ensuring seamless interaction between AI models and other software components.
Expertise in Solution design, technical leadership, cloud expertise , AI integration, emerging technologies, client collaboration .
Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
Strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch ) and deployment technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Decision Science, Applied Math or equivalent preferred.
10+ years in a related field; preferably in professional services and/or industry
Professional Certification s such as AWS and Azure (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$156,000.00 - $266,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

$180,960.00 - $308,560.00
Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
