Where We Need You
Protiviti is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our growing Finance team.
What You Can Expect
As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will provide data to executive leadership to help them with decision making and automate reporting and manual processes for efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage multiple projects with end-users and determine project priorities.
Translate customer needs into functional requirements.
Manage data sources from different sources such as Salesforce and manual files and integrate into Power BI.
Document current and proposed business process flows.
Utilize Power BI and present information to teams and leaders.
Perform Ad hoc requests and analysis (reporting requirements, data need).
Ensure that all financial data integrated from different sources is accurate by checking reports, decks, Power BI information for reasonableness.
Review documentation and reference guides and update, implement and provide training based on Power BI and other data visualization tools.
Manage and delegate work and help provide guidance on problems and situations.
Work on Ad hoc Data Analytics projects by building project plans, analyzing scope, ensuring that the right tasks are assigned.
What Will Help You Be Successful
Deep technical skills using Microsoft and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Domo, Tableau, or something similar.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing large data sets (SQL is a plus).
Ability to collaborate and work within a team.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills using data.
Knowledge of Dax.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience
7+ years of experience in finance and business.
Power BI and/or Azure Certification is desired.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$106,000.00 - $170,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$116,600.00 - $187,000.00

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
