Chicago RH Financial Services Division Director
Robert Half International is seeking a Division Manager to grow divisional gross margin consistent with RHI targets while providing quality service to both clients and candidates. The Division Manager will also motivate and retain people in Lead by Example Sales role.
Principal accountabilities and duties:
Deliver sales results, coordinate and develop business:
Achieve personal sales results by being part of the rotation system.
Attract, select and assign candidates.
Identify, win and develop Key Accounts by an organized prospection based on: sales calls, client visits, referrals, networking, cross selling, …
Achieve the team’s sales budget as a minimum standard.
Determine the size of local market and our market-share for each branch.
Use the list of competitors of major clients and develop a strategy to acquire them.
Conduct meetings: Kick-off/Wrap-up meetings, weekly cross selling meeting.
Participate in the Branch meetings.
Ensure that the team proactively cross sells other brands.
Be responsible for the team achieving daily weekly sales activity standards by leading by example and ensuring that the team has all the necessary resources and focus.
Attract, retain and motivate people:
Conduct Performance Reviews, Sales Activity Reviews.
Participate in the hiring process by identifying potential candidates.
Recommend staffing changes to the Branch Manager.
Conduct transition meetings.
Ensure that the team understands their responsibilities and how the company assesses and rewards performance.
Handle sales staff issues.
Provide on the job coaching.
Apply business policies and ensure the quality of our service delivery:
Ensure that the team generates sales production, pursuant to rotation procedures.
Ensure that the team delivers a service that is acknowledged by local customers as being the best.
Assist the consultant in the resolution of client and candidate service issues.
Ensure that the team works and to increase the staff productivity.
Ensure that the local advertising, marketing and PR programs run efficiently:
Coordinate the writing of classified advertising.
Participate in local PR activities.
Maintain Division Administration structure
Ensure that the sales support function meets all the needs of the business and the team.
