Description Robert Half is currently seeking a experience in Security Analyst – M& A Integration Specialist to join our client's Information Technology and Risk Management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the cybersecurity review and integration process for mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the cybersecurity review and integration process for mergers and acquisitions • Remedy existing non-compliance issues relating to cybersecurity regulations within Cadence's IT environment • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure evidence of compliance is obtained before integration • Effectively manage cloud data migrations, ensuring the secure transfer of sensitive data across various cloud platforms • Align IT environment aspects with Gallagher Global IT Policy within specified post-acquisition timelines • Oversee user account provisioning, hardware procurement, application migration, and website URL redirections • Contribute to defining strategies for network migration and service agreement termination Requirements • Proven experience in addressing cybersecurity risks within a M& A context, specifically those related to compliance with regional financial regulations and PCI DSS standards • Expertise in managing security configurations on cloud platforms such as Google G-Suite; knowledge of AWS, Azure or IBM Cloud is a plus • Proven project management skills within technology environments during system integrations, with the ability to meet strict deadlines • Strong policy implementation skills, with a knack for aligning IT policies of newly acquired companies with Gallagher's Global IT Policy within tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills, essential for coordinating across departments and ensuring clarity regarding technical processes involved in M& A activities Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
