Description
Responsibilities:
Provide frontline technical assistance related to Windows 11, software, hardware, and infrastructure
Identify, investigate, and resolve user issues efficiently
Assist in planning and implementation of IT projects
Monitor and maintain the computer systems of the organization
Collaborate with the IT team to deploy and maintain Windows 11 and other IT solutions as required
Requirements
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Desktop/IT Support
Expertise in Windows 11 and previous versions
Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Microsoft certifications (such as MCSA, MCSE, or MCDST) are strongly preferred
