District Director (Technology)




Job Summary

As a District Director you will be responsible for growing business generation and profits within a district. Oversee and establish appropriate expense controls. Responsible for retaining and motivating key personnel, building infrastructure and developing high-potential leaders. Communicates vision and values of maintaining the highest standards for operating excellence and ethics. Develop a district-wide marketing, advertising and public relations program in conjunction with the District Marketing and Public Relations departments.

  • Total Headcount: 14 Qualifications:

  • 8+ years management or equivalent experience required

  • 2+ years staffing professional experience required

  • Proven performance in staffing professional and management roles

  • Experience developing and managing budgets

  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development

  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other systems

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
