Description

This E-commerce Manager role is intricately involved in shaping our online presence and driving success in the digital marketplace. The person in this position will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, overseeing the design and functionality of our website, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.

• Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the e-commerce website.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.

• Implement best practices for website navigation, product listings, and checkout processes.

• Coordinate product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

• Work closely with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is available online.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.

• Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics to enhance online visibility.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing efforts.

• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales trends.

• Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Stay informed about e-commerce technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements.

• Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers and other relevant vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an e-commerce management role or similar

• Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS), CRM, and Database systems

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Woocommerce, and WordPress

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems and ability to implement strategies

• Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords

• Ability to increase brand awareness and plan effective campaigns

• Design skills and experience with e-commerce applications

• Experience with Zapier, NetSuite, and WordPress CMS are advantageous

• Strong understanding of the e-commerce market and latest trends

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
