Robert Half ERP Integration Manager in Chicago, Illinois
Description We are seeking an ERP Integration Manager based in Chicago, Illinois, United States. The role involves optimizing and implementing SAP Process Orchestration as part of an integration with our clients. This role will involve developing and configuring interfaces, ensuring smooth communication between diverse systems, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement SAP PO (Process Orchestration) integration solutions.
• Understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop interfaces with SAP PO using multiple adapters, including IDOC, RFC, SOAP, HTTP and REST.
• Test and debug process orchestrations, and provide technical support for these processes.
• Troubleshoot SAP PO technical issues and provide corrective measures.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality solution delivery.
• Provide training to end-users and guide them through process changes.
• Assist in system upgrades and installations and monitor system performance. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies to ensure effective network operations
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies for streamlined data management
• Experience with CRM for customer relationship management
• Ability to work with databases for storage and retrieval of information
• Understanding of EO/IR systems for enhanced operational efficiency
• Familiarity with AB Testing for optimizing user experience
• Experience in Agile Scrum for project management
• Knowledge of Business Process Functions to improve operational efficiency
• Experience in Configuration Management for system tracking and control
• Consulting skills to effectively advise on ERP integration strategies
• Proficiency in SAP for enterprise resource planning
• Knowledge of SAP APO for supply chain planning
