Robert Half International Executive Assistant/Office Manager in CHICAGO, Illinois
Boutique Architecture & Interior Design Firm has an immediate need for an Administrative professional. This individual will provide Executive Assistant support to the Principals and will provide office management support. Duties will include: Provide administrative support to Principals. Manage most Human Resources aspects of the company, provide some customer service relations, and miscellaneous administrative tasks. Coordinate office-wide calendar of meetings, vacations, holidays, PTO, conference room. Analyze, organize and develop - as necessary - office and operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, workplace tidiness and other clerical services, office steward, client greeter, shipping, etc. Point of contact for any employees with questions regarding HR needs: paperwork, payroll, PTO, etc. Coordinate with Bookkeeper to generate and issue client invoices on a monthly basis. Resolve all outstanding documents and waivers needed to close jobs. Draft proposals and RFP responses (from templates). Spearhead marketing effort (PR firm outreach, strategy, budgeting) This is a Full time Permanent opportunity! All interested candidates can apply directly to this position!
The ideal candidate will have Office Management and/or Executive Assistant experience. Desire to work in the Architectural and/or Design Industry. Client offer a full benefit package and hybrid work from home options.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe and QuickBooks
Ability to work under deadlines and with other company personnel
Exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional people & communication skills
Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience
