Description We are offering an opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the education industry, located in CHICAGO, Illinois. You will be instrumental in identifying future hiring needs, developing job descriptions, and collaborating with department managers to ensure consistency in requirements. This role is critical in attracting suitable candidates through various channels and conducting interviews to fill open positions.


• Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly

• Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for each position

• Attract suitable candidates through various channels such as databases, online employment forums, and social media

• Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions

• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions

• Complete paperwork for new hires in a timely and accurate manner

• Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

• Manage internship programs effectively to attract and retain talent

• Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company

• Provide recruitment reports and analytics to track and improve hiring processes.

This role also requires proficiency in Campus Recruiting. Requirements • Possess a minimum of three years of experience in the HR Recruiting field, preferably within the education sector.

• Expertise in Campus Recruiting is essential for this role.

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Advanced knowledge of HR practices and principles.

• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of labor legislation will be considered an asset.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates.
