What you get to do every day - Aiding with new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations - Putting to use digital recruiting resources - Producing internal recommendations - Carrying out interviews - Reviewing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms - Overseeing various administrative duties - Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements Requirements - Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals - Diversity Recruitment experience - Experience with Best Practices - Command of Job Postings - Practical knowledge of Review Resumes - Proven knowledge of Schedule Interviews - Proficiency in Campus Recruiting - Comprehensive knowledge of Job Fairs - General familiarity with Resume Screening - Well-founded grasp of Resume Screening - 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience - Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks - Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms - Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - This position will be best given to someone who is highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
