Description
Robert Half Legal is partnering with highly respected, national law firm that's seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with at least 1-3 years of experience to join insurance coverage practice and specifically support their cyber risks, technology and data security coverage group. This firm specializes in high-profile, complex insurance coverage disputes around policies stemming from cyber risks, technology, and data security coverage. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the insurance business and preferably have experience handling matters pertaining to cybersecurity or data protection insurance coverage. Experience should include assessing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, litigating coverage disputes, taking/defending depositions, and drafting other legal documents. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. Salary depends on years of experience ranging between $135-145K plus strong bonus potential and full benefits. In addition, this firm offers a highly flexible hybrid WFH schedule. THIS CLIENT IS WILLING TO TRAIN.

Requirements
JD and Licensed in IL, NC, MO, or CA
1-3+ years of experience handling complex insurance coverage matters preferred
Experience with cyber risks, technology, and data security insurance coverage preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional writing skills
Excellent academic credentials and references
