Robert Half's Marketing & Creative team is currently seeking an Instructional Design contractor to do part time work for our client. They are targeting 25-30 hours per week or potentially 40 hours based on candidate experience. This is a fully remote position, so candidates can be based anywhere in the US.
This role is ideal for an experienced learning and development professional to join an expanding team within the Learning Design Center. This person will be providing consulting to our client in regards to Learning & Development, preparing and driving project plans, managing vendor relationships, analyzing learning evaluation data, designing instructional materials, and developing reporting presentations.

4+ years of related experience. MUST have experience with Learning Design and e-learning (actual design experience not just training facilitation)
Looking for script writing experience Instructional Design experience
Project management and communication skills
Strong PowerPoint Skills required
Global experience is preferred
Experience running design sessions is a plus
