Robert Half Legal E-Billing Specialist in Chicago, Illinois
Description
Robert Half Legal is partnering with an established, large-scale law firm who is looking to immediately hire an E-Billing Specialist with at least 3-5+ years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing e-billing in a law firm setting. This position is responsible for the entire process of client e-billing and will work closely with attorneys, legal professionals, and our financial department. This position is paying between $80-90K plus bonus and will be working on a hybrid WFH schedule (2x WFH/week).
E-Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
Coordinate submission of electronic invoices (e-billing) to various client platforms
Resolve e-billing rejections and exceptions from clients by making necessary amendments or corrections
Manage e-billing systems and upkeep the e-billing client profiles and records
Coordinate with attorneys, legal staff, and receivable analysts to review billing guidelines and ensure compliance
Monitor e-billing inbox and notifications, and provide timely response and solution
Provide reports to management to show progress and results of e-billing operations

Requirements
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in e-billing function within law firms
Demonstrated proficiency in legal accounting software and e-billing platforms (Elite, Aderant, etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
